WAGECODE Conformance Kernel

The WAGECODE Conformance Kernel is the irreducible set of normative objects, bindings, registry rules, reliance requirements and replay requirements required for a conformance claim.

Kernel categories

The WAGECODE Conformance Kernel is the minimum and irreducible set of normative objects, bindings, registry rules, reliance requirements and replay requirements that must be satisfied before an implementation may claim WAGECODE conformance.

The six controlling categories

The Kernel comprises exactly six controlling categories:

  1. Canonical Wage State Object
  2. Wage Fact Set
  3. Issuer Authority Descriptor
  4. policy-version binding for issuance and reliance
  5. registry inclusion, supersession and latest-authoritative resolution
  6. computed reliance, Reliance Receipt recording and audit replay

Implementation-Facing Traceability · Not An Expanded Kernel

Traceability

This traceability list does not enlarge or redefine the six controlling Kernel categories.

Each category maps to its canonical reference: Canonical Wage State Object, Wage Fact Set, Issuer Authority Descriptor, policy binding, registry resolution, and Reliance Receipt recording with audit replay.

Kernel and conformance

The Kernel defines the irreducible requirements. Conformance describes the version-bound, level-bound and scope-bound status of an implementation that satisfies applicable requirements. The Kernel page does not replace the Conformance page.

No partial substitution

Partial or selective satisfaction does not establish conformance; all six controlling categories apply.

Boundaries

The Kernel is not certification, accreditation, regulatory approval or a legal determination.

Runtime and IP boundary

Kernel satisfaction does not grant or imply a licence to CWSO Authority proprietary runtime assets. Conversely, permission to use a CWSO Authority asset does not itself establish Kernel satisfaction or WAGECODE conformance.

This page provides a controlled public reference to WAGECODE v1.0. It does not reproduce, amend or replace the complete published specification. Where any difference arises, WAGECODE v1.0 controls.

WAGECODE implementation independence and conformance do not grant or imply a licence to CWSO Authority proprietary runtime assets. Protocol conformance, runtime-asset authorisation and affiliation are separate questions.
