What is WAGECODE?
WAGECODE is the public, implementation-independent protocol specification for governed wage economic state. See WAGECODE.
What is governed wage state?
Computable, evidence-linked, policy-version-bound, issuer-scoped and replayable wage meaning within a declared boundary. See Governed Wage State.
What is canonical wage state?
Wage economic state represented under declared policy, jurisdiction, authority, evidence, time and replay conditions. See Canonical wage state.
What is a Canonical Wage State Object?
The immutable machine-readable WAGECODE object representing a Computed Wage under required bindings. See Canonical Wage State Object.
What is the difference between canonical wage state and a CWSO?
Canonical wage state is the represented economic condition. The Canonical Wage State Object is the formal immutable object representing that condition.
What is narrative wage?
A wage representation or assertion not yet computed into a Canonical Wage State Object; it is not necessarily false. See Narrative Wage.
Does Narrative Wage mean the wage is false?
No. Narrative Wage is non-canonical under WAGECODE, but it is not necessarily false, fraudulent or without evidentiary value. See Narrative Wage.
Is WAGECODE software?
No. WAGECODE is an implementation-independent protocol specification defining components such as the Wage Fact Set and Wage Computation Function. CWSO Authority is an operational runtime pathway that may operationalise WAGECODE; it is not the normative source of WAGECODE meaning. See WAGECODE.
Does WAGECODE replace courts, regulators, auditors, or institutions?
No. WAGECODE does not replace courts, regulators, auditors, bargaining councils, employers, unions, banks, insurers, DFIs, or competent authorities. It defines protocol conditions under which wage economic state may be represented, computed, attested, referenced, relied upon, replayed, and audited.
What is WAGECODE conformance?
Version-bound and scope-bound satisfaction of applicable WAGECODE normative requirements, resting on the WAGECODE Conformance Kernel. See Conformance.
Does WAGECODE conformance grant rights to CWSO Authority intellectual property?
No. WAGECODE conformance is a version-bound, level-bound and scope-bound protocol-status claim. It does not grant or imply a licence to CWSO Authority proprietary runtime assets, authorise use of CWSO Authority marks or artefacts, or imply affiliation, endorsement or runtime equivalence. Any such use requires an applicable licence or other lawful authority.
How does WAGECODE relate to CWSO Authority?
WAGECODE is the protocol specification. CWSO Authority is an operational runtime and institutional-engagement layer maintained for the current WAGECODE public pathway. See Protocol / runtime boundary.
