NORMATIVE PROTOCOL CONCEPT · WAGECODE v1.0

Conformance is version-bound and scope-bound.

WAGECODE conformance is a declared, version-bound and scope-bound status indicating that an implementation satisfies the applicable normative requirements of the identified WAGECODE version, including the Conformance Kernel and the requirements of any claimed conformance level.

What conformance means

A WAGECODE conformance claim must identify the WAGECODE version, applicable scope, conformance level, and relevant protocol requirements. Conformance should be interpreted only within the declared reliance boundary.

What conformance does not mean

Conformance does not mean legal approval, regulatory approval, certification, judicial acceptance, or unrestricted reliance. It does not replace competent authorities or institutional decision-making.

Runtime relationship

CWSO Authority operationalises governed wage engagement and runtime interaction. WAGECODE remains the protocol reference.

Making a conformance claim

A conformance claim must identify the WAGECODE version, claimed level, implementation scope and applicable normative requirements.

Conformance Kernel

Conformance depends on the Conformance Kernel - the minimum, irreducible set of normative requirements that must be satisfied before an implementation may claim WAGECODE conformance.

Runtime operation is not conformance

Operation by CWSO Authority does not, by itself, prove conformance for another implementation. Conformance remains version-bound, level-bound and scope-bound.

Conformance does not grant runtime intellectual-property rights

WAGECODE conformance is a protocol-status claim. It does not grant or imply a licence to CWSO Authority proprietary runtime assets, authorise use of CWSO Authority marks or artefacts, or imply affiliation, endorsement or runtime equivalence. Any use of such assets must occur under an applicable licence or other lawful authority.

Permission to use a CWSO Authority asset does not, by itself, establish WAGECODE conformance.

Protocol, runtime and intellectual-property boundary

Conformance is the declared status. The Conformance Kernel is the irreducible normative core that must be satisfied before that status may be claimed. See the WAGECODE Conformance Kernel.
